Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

Effective: October 2026

Website: www.cgmcareclinic.com | Email: contact@cgmcareclinic.com

CGM Care Clinic (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects consumer privacy and strictly adheres to all federal and state Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule. This policy explains how we handle calling preferences and how you can opt out of telephonic communications.

1. National and State Do Not Call Registries

The National Do Not Call Registry was established by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to allow consumers to limit telemarketing calls. When a consumer completes an eligibility assessment on www.cgmcareclinic.com and provides explicit written consent, that submission establishes an inquiry relationship permitting contact regarding the requested diabetic supplies and insurance benefits.

2. Internal Do Not Call Policy

Regardless of your status on national or state registries, you have the right to request that your telephone number be placed on our internal company Do Not Call list at any time. Once registered on our internal list:

  • No further marketing or inquiry calls will be placed to that specific telephone number by CGM Care Clinic.
  • Your record will remain on our internal list indefinitely unless you subsequently provide new affirmative written consent.
  • We notify our active partner DME networks to cease further outreach for your inquiry.

3. How to Submit a Do Not Call Request

You can request placement on our Do Not Call list through any of the following convenient methods:

SMS / Text Opt-Out

Simply reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message sent to you by our service or representatives.

Email Request

Send an email to contact@cgmcareclinic.com with “Do Not Call Request” in the subject line, including your full name and 10-digit telephone number.

4. Processing Timeline

All Do Not Call requests are logged and processed in our database within 24 to 48 business hours. While we act immediately, please allow up to 10 business days for complete synchronization across all integrated healthcare distribution partners who may have received your prior inquiry.

5. Partner Compliance

We require all authorized DME suppliers, pharmacies, and contact centers in our network to maintain full TCPA and DNC compliance. We regularly audit customer opt-out requests and promptly terminate relationships with vendors who do not honor consumer preferences.
